Gwen Le Tutour

Gwen Le Tutour is a French-American foiling coach, YouTuber and shop owner based in Florida. You won’t find him in race results; you’ll find him in your watch history. If you learned to wing foil from YouTube in the last few years, odds are decent he taught you something.

Background

Le Tutour runs the Wing Foil Pro Center, a shop and school under one roof. Before building his own channel (@gwen-letutour on YouTube) he co-created content on Damien LeRoy’s YouTube channel, which put his coaching in front of a large foiling audience. On the gear side he co-developed the AFS Enduro 1600 GLT foil: the “GLT” is his initials.

How he sees the parawing

“The parawing is, to me, the tool that allows you to get into the magic” (via The Inertia and podcast coverage). The magic, in his usage, is hands-free foiling on swell. The parawing is transport. Few educators have summed up the discipline in one line as cleanly.
